BimX - Walk mode / joystick missing?

Am I missing something. Seems like one of the recent update; the joystick, gravity, and walk mode is missing on both, my Iphone BimX app and Desktop. I'm not able to walk inside the model, same thing with my client that I sent the file over to. I even tried to use the shortcut (J) for joystick and (G) for gravity according this page: https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/BIMx/Navigation-in-BIMx/ta-p/303642 and it still didn't work.
