Error while checking the environment (BIMx)

My BIMx isn't working. I dont have an option to save a .bimx file from archicad. In the addon manager my bimx add on is in a red triangle icon and it tells me "Error while checking the environment". I'm with the archicad 17 educational version. I installed hotfix 1,2,3, and the problem is still there.

Hi Achicad team,

I`m experiencing same problem, I do have ArchiCAD 18 on my win machine, and just intalled the latested update but still the BIMx publish is inacive for me.
please advise.
