How to Change Account owner to upload hyper model.

Hi Everyone.

I’m trying to add a company logo to my BIMx file. To be able to do that I need to upload my file as “BIMx hyper model”.

The problem is: I need the approval of the account owner (Check the attached picture) which is impossible because he doesn’t work with us anymore.

How can I change the account owner?
