Screenshot problem in BIMx for Archicad 16

I am having a problem getting screenshots from BIMx.
The screenshot ends up in the right folder and with the right format, but looking as in the attached image.

Solution?

Staffan, try to update the driver of your graphics card. We are aware of a few similar cases, where updating the driver solved similar problems.
