can't login to Bimx app

Hey there,

I've had this issue before, but don't recall how it was resolved. when i open the BimX app it now wants me to sing in. it worked fine last week, and i haven't signed out so i don't know what's going on. when i enter my login info, it says " to open additional models with all the latest features login to your graphisoft account. which i can't seem to do. i click ok and it sends me back to the login window. rinse and repeat. though i have obviously signed in to get to this forum, so my login info is correct.

Hi - It seems something is going on with BIMx lately. I, too, have had to sign in frequently over the past few months. About a month ago, it would not let me in.  My memory of it is unclear, but I believe I did the following:

- Re-started my iPad

- Waited some hours thinking it might be a GS server issue, which might have been the case.

- You might also try re-installing the app. However, be aware if you delete the app, you delete not only the imported model copies, but also any draft issues you have created in your models!  Best to export these out beforehand.

I ended up quitting BimX and restarting. that seemed to solve it for me.
