can't sign in to Bimx

i'm trying to open a BimX model before i go meet a client, and when i navigate to "open local file" it asks me to sign in with my graphisoft id, but it tells me my login info is incorrect. but it's not. i. i have been very careful and checked. i can and am signed in online with the same user and password. so the last time it failed i clicked "forgot password?' and tried to change it, but it put up an alert telling me i'm already signed in.
now what? got a meeting in less than 2 hours, and of course there is no bloody way to get through to tech support, my local rep isn't answering. if i have to postpone this meeting i will lose my **beep**. i have honestly had it up to here with AC and graphisoft.
