Managing Wall Types: Complex vs Composite

What are your thoughts on using Complex Profiles for parallel wall structures that could be modeled, as Composites? Would it simplify managing Wall Types by having them in the same Attribute category? Does anyone have a practical experience for or against either workflow?

The problem with the walls with the profile is that it is not possible to use the surface label for internal and external finishing. For the interior design phase it is a bit annoying

Yes, that is exactly why I have been asking this. We can't keep our workflow consistent, if labels don't work for complex profiles.
