Problem with .PLN backup

Hi,
we're having problems with .PLN snapshots in BIM Cloud.
For all of our project, BIM stopped making PLN backups about 1 month ago, they all froze at PENDING status.

I've tried stopping and changing the schedule.
Restarting the server and services.
But nothing has helped

The BIM Projects backups are working fine, but the PLN backup isn't even making a backup folder inside the project folder. It just freeses.

Any help would be apricieatred.

Hi Noémi,
thank you for you're reply.

I've already tried rescheduling all projects tasks, unfortunatelly with no luck.

The other thing I've checked is that there are no new log files created / modified straight after running a backup.
Further help would be aprecieated.
