Problem with cadimage door

Hello everyone!
I'm having a problem with a cadimage door (I'm using cadimage in an Archicad 19 EDU version), as you can see in the attached pic the door has this points about 2' from it and is displaying wrong and making the wall show wrong, in 3D everything is fine, it looks correctly the problem is only in plan. I've been playing around with the setting, but can't figure out how to fix this. Any Ideas?
