Teamwork not sending/receiving messages

We're using Teamwork over a LAN and have been able to send/receive messages.... until now.

The "Show New Message Alert in Teamwork" box is checked in our Work Environment profiles.

Everything else seems to work as expected (reservations, send & receive, etc.)

Any ideas?

NOTE: This is using AC15 USA FULL build 3267

Something has changed. I'd look first at all of your firewall settings and make sure the required ports are all being forwarded to the bim server's ip address. I find windows 7 has been notorious at modifying permissions without consent... it seems sometimes it will go out of its way to disrupt your entire network under the guise of "security" settings... and a single win7 machine on a mac network... grrrr... I've had them automatically adjust pnp router settings and block teh network to all traffic but its own.

Problem solved!
The server computer had an older version of Java than the other workstations.
