3dstudio in is not working in archicad 13

Hello,
i ve downloaded the add on, but i can't see the 3dstudio in when i launch archicad. when i click on design, design extra, i can only see only roofmaker and trussmaker.

could u please help.

Thanks for the point in the right direction - now if only graphisoft's server would give me more than 0k download speed I might be able to download it....

Hi Guys
I have a different problem. From AC13 I can't open the 3ds in 3ds Max 11. Does anyone know which version works please.
