AC21 Window/Door Schedule Issue

Aloha All,
I am unable to edit the schedule matrix to the proper types etc. . .
W1 eg is a Gliding window, yet it appears here as a Casement.
Other AC21 users are able to edit and change this in the screen pix shown, but i am not, right click I get 'what's this' which leads to nothing that helps
Editing in this window is ok, but,
I would prefer to know how to define this window in the window tool so it appears correctly the first time in the schedule.

The information panel (lower left) shows details of the currently selection. In this case the window (and wall it's in) is on a hidden layer and locked.

Check your layer settings to unlock the layer.
