Archicad 20 - Unable to import the edited excel to schedule

In archicad 20, the schedule could be exported as excel, input the information in excel, and then imported in the schdule by updating the information. But I fail to use this fantastic function. Any ideas?

The attached photos are shown the steps.

1) Export the schedule in excel
2) Edit the excel by inputing the information
3) Fail to import to the schedule

This only works with properties (new function in ArchiCAD20), as far as I know. So you need to set up a property for the model name and allow that to take text as input.

It is a lot to explain, I had a 4+ hour update course for ArchiCAD20 with our reseller to cover all the new stuff in ArchiCAD20, and this is definitely a big update feature.
