Our office is looking to use the integrated Bluebeam Connection but when we try to import redmarks from a session we get this error:
I've tried a solo file, teamwork file, simplifying down to a single redline ect, but nothing seems to work. Uploading documents to a session works but I can't import the redlines

Thank you for sharing this issue with the built-in Bluebeam Connection feature.
Unfortunately, I couldn't recreate the issue on my side based on your initial description, and I couldn't find any related previous reports either.
According to this, I can only recommend general troubleshooting steps, like:
If the issue persists, please reach out to your local support and provide further details (problematic project file, PDF, etc).
