Archicad 7 Zone analytical area calculation??

i m looking for a feature in archicad 22 that was available in archicad 7, where you could calculate the area of a zone but also break it down to simpler shapes dimensioning each one and producing a list with every calculation or each shape, with a sum at the end.

its been a while, and we havent found a way to do something like the List Area feature and keep it automated.
The list area feature isnt even available in the Archicad reference guide. Its only mentioned in two or three places saying that it is an extension or a feature used in some versions.

My question is :

is it possible to load this feature in the international version? if graphisoft or someone else send me some sort of file i can place inside C:/Archicad ...etc
Would that work this way?

Also maybe there is an other English version with that extension we can purchase? Like maybe UK,Australia or something else?
German, Austrian, French, Greek would make it difficult for us to work obviously
The versions of Archicad where this feature is available are not listed somewhere so at least we know whats going on.
