Archicad Classification v 2.0

I'm adding one more plank in the litany of complaints about functionality in our primary platform. 

We're starting work on a big project with 4 European architects and intend to use GS DK's LCA Calculation engine. I downloaded a copy of the DK .tpl file and discovered that their version of the standard Classification system has considerably more entries than the North American (aka USA) version.

If we're trying to do data exchange with offshore partners, surely Archicad should offer transparent assistance in this venture. Every copy of Archicad should have identical core functionality.

Why on earth would GS release different - I say 'different', not 'localized' - versions of this core piece of the tool?
