Archicad IFC Problem

I have imported a structural IFC, and now when i import a IFC from the archicad, the structural IFC comes along...
How do I resolve this problem??

When exporting as IFC, you have several options to filter your model.
First, you can export only visible Layers.
Another choice is the Model Filter, which lets you export only Architectural, Structural, etc. elements. With these choices you should be able to export only the data you want.
These options are available in the Save As Dialog.
