Archicad v.8.1 in mixed Mac/Windows networks

Has anyone experienced problems in opening files either with Macs (os X) & windows xp machines?

I mean: can you start a project (with modules, custom library objects, etc) in a mac and then go on on a pc or vice versa???

I know, for example, that in Archicad 7 it was not convenient to share files in a mixed Teamwork environment of macs & pcs. You either did it in one or the other operating system.

I have shared files across platfoms without problems though I have not used a teamwork file on a server.
