Arhicad 23 DWG file empty

There were problems with the 22 Arhicad on new Catalina, the program just crashed. I updated to the 23rd version of the Archicad another happened, when opening any dwg file, the project in it was empty, although at 22 everything is fine, what could be the problem?Help

Hi,
I have the same problem. When I try to open a dwg file in Archicad23 it is totally empty, but in Archicad22 it is all right.
Does anyone know any solution?

Check if your renovation status is in new.
