Autocad Polygon Error

getting this error message when importing Autocad File into AC.....any takers on this one....

Taking a wild guess here but it could be an "associative hatch" in AutoCAD which are notoriously buggy in all versions since they were implemented. IMO you can safely ignore the problem.

thank you ..... that was it...I filtered and erased all hatch....and the message went away.....
