License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I found this plug in for archicad to manage zone for facility management.
https://www.bimeye.com/product/room-manager/
SOme people in swedish say that it works fine.

I need a software to manage a huge quantities of zone of an existing building for facility management. For example office or hospital buildings with many rooms
Anyone have proposals of other software Graphisoft recommends?

I need to manage doors, windows, furnitures belonging to zones (rooms).

Let me know any suggestion.

Well, archifm is the ARCHICAD-compatible solution:

http://www.archifm.net/

But it may be too complex (and expensive?) for just managing rooms and zones.

It seem that Archifm is stop to 2014, to archicad 18.
Also the video seems old.

Hmm, I don't actually know what their status is or the status of an AC19-based version.
Their web site seems operational.
You may try contacting them directly through their web site.

Hi,

BIMeye works fine and are up and running with an addin for ArchiCAD 19. We have different apps, for example Door Manager, Room Manager, Interior Manager that manage what you are looking for.

Send me an email if you want to know more or start up a trial-period.
