Hi - yeah if you have this sort of issue, you can always just log a support ticket with us to get help.
If you haven't already though, probably the easiest solution to your problem would be to just redownload the installer using one of the links below:

Mac OS: https://www.mycadimage.com/Downloads/PublicInstaller?os=mac
Windows: https://www.mycadimage.com/Downloads/PublicInstaller?os=pc
