Coordinates problem

Well, I am new in Archicad.
I am working on a model, in cm units.
I have two problems. 1) I export it to Cinema 4D . I get it 1/10 scale (I need to rescale it X10 all the times in C4D)

2) I get the drawing somewhere in the space and not in 0,0,0 coordinates ! obviuosly I have some basic errors with my archicad drawing from scratch.
Any idea how to work properly?

It sound like C4D is expecting mm.

Try resetting the import/export units in one program to match the other.
