Custom text 1-10 in general parameters

Hi!

Where does this custom text 1-10 fields in general parameters be saved? I can't reach it / set this parameter anywhere else than in schedules?

Where does this happen? In an object settings dialog?
During editing a library part?
Maybe a screenshot would help.
