DWG Translator for AC20 - looking for an xml file

I'm looking to see if someone has an xml file that can "cleanly" translate my AC20 floorplan view into a DWG properly.
What do I mean by "properly" well.....right now the settings I've adjusted continue to place a "fill" type element whereever I have a "slab object" being translated out.
Seems the "slab" fills whether they be on or not translate with a cover-type fill in the DWG file.
I'm looking to use this in a "structural background" capacity.
Requirements:
1. show all walls, interior and exterior. (A-WALL-EXTR, A-WALL-INTR)
2. show all windows in their own layers (A-GLAZ)
3. NOT translate over any slab object fills (they are currently covering up "stuff" such as height tag markers) which translate out.
4. Color is set to "BYLAYER"
5. Layers I've adjusted to translate walls, door, windows, skylight, etc.. into their appropriate layers already (A-WALL, A-DOOR, A-GLAZ, A-ROOF-SKYL) ETC..

so mainly looking for a translator to be able to export out a "clean" DWG background for the engineers.
