Design transfer with Archicad 24's ODA exporter to Revit?

has anyone tried out or has done a model handover from AC24 to Revit 202x so the colleagues could continue their design in there?

The ODA Exporter to RVT format has a completely different scope than the IFC exporter (not using ODA code) from Archicad.

In one of our current projects, one architectural team exports IFC files for the sake of coordination, but occasionally exports RVT files to another team using Revit, as this is easier for them to link with.

The IFC exchange route gives you best results considering property sets, attributes and usable geometry for coordination. The RVT exchange route is more oriented towards geometry. None of these paths give perfect results. E.g. we could not place Rooms in the exported files, as there are not clean closed boundary walls from the Archicad model. There are multiple reasons for this, but rest assured that there is no perfect conversion.

Additionally, as has been said, there is no certified transfer via IFC4. Only 4 software programs have a certified IFC4 Reference View Export (three for architectural design: Vectorworks, Archicad and Revit, one for structure: Tekla). None have Reference View import, none have certified Design Transfer Import nor Export. So it'll take some time for a fully certified transfer (export and import).
