Display of Zone Names in Schedule of door/window

Hello,

If I place zones via automatic ( using Magic Wand) it appears plaster to plaster in Composite wall in plan. Zone names are automatically appears in Door/Window schedule list.

But on plan Zones are showing wrong area because it detects only inner boundry. Area should be considered through core to core wall boundry.

For this I have to place two zones on different layers so that one can show exact area and another for schedule.

Is there any solution, so that I can use only one layer for both purpose?

Regards,

Ratna

Zones go to the reference line.

Make sure that your ref line is at the core edge.

Thank you Djordje,

You are correct. Zones can be placed with reference line method.

But there is no suarity that one can have all reference lines of wall inside.
In some situation one have to keep reference line differently.
