Drawing Tools does not Show DWG but shows when File Open!

Hi,
Can anyone help me with this file that the Drawing Tools does not Show DWG but shows when File Open is use. Why the end of import difference?

Got it working!
When Drawing Tool is used, the dwg was out of the borders of Drawing Tool by a larg distance. Had to stretch the borders and resize it to see the dwg.

The best way to avoid that is to Set the drawing's frame to Fit to Drawing. Then alt click it, so all future placed drawings fit to their extents.
