I was able to get the CI Tools Keynote database successfully imported into Archicad's keynote system, although it was not as straightforward as all the tutorials made it out to be.
Now that I am using Keynotes I have some questions:
1. Referring to the screenshot below (magenta arrow), what is the 3rd dot used for at the top of the legend object? I am assuming it it some sort of "tab" function but after moving it around I am not sure what it is doing for me.
2. I am not finding any way to have multiple (green rectangle below), I will call them columns, of keynotes. I want a long horizontal, consistent column width of keynotes to run across the top of my drawing. Any thoughts? I noticed in an earlier post Earlier Post there was a Preview and Positioning area within the Legend object. I am not seeing this in the current object I am working with.
3. The other MAJOR issue I am having with keynotes is when I select a keynote legend on a layout Archicad goes into some sort of constant, circulating process which makes it so I can not do anything within Archicad without deselecting the keynote legend, then specifically clicking up in the main tool bar.
4. We need a label for our Legend. I setup a simple autotext to read the ID of the Legend object as a work around for the moment. I know we can use folders as labels, but the way we have our keynotes organized, the folders are not setup for specific drawings.
Issue #3 is debilitating and will cause me to switch back to CI Tools until keynotes gets fixed. Does anyone have any work arounds for this issue?
Any thoughts or comments are appreciated.

Solved #2. You need to check "Wrap table" then specify the number of rows.
