All my plans are now black,need help

For some reason all my plans and cutouts are now inverted. Please help

Best guess, your background color got changed some how. You can change it by going to the View/Grid & Editing Plane Options/Grids & Backgrounds...

Give that a try and let us know if that fixes your issue.

Also, check the following:

Go to the "Work Environment" Dialog, "On-Screen Options" page, and check if the "Automatic Pen Color Visibility Adjustment for Model Views" checkbox is checked as that can cause this.

It is usually turned on when opening DWG/DXF files.
