I have been playing around with the new Railing Object and have figured
out the Top Rail, Bottom Rail and I was able to eliminate the posts, but

Try adjusting "Document Options" on the PDF within the Publisher Set.
Then click "PDF Options". Then increase dpi. Not sure if this will solve
your problem, but it may help to improve the output slightly.
