Railing Tool-Custom Inner Post is not interrupting rails

rgarand

I have developed a custom inner post that has a 2" void in the center. The intermediate and bottom rails continue through the custom inner post. Does anyone know of a way to interrupt the rails? I looked at making a custom panel, but that is not available.

Hello @rgarand,

Did you try to use SEO ?

I use to ajust my railing modelisations by this way.

Solution

Yes.

Just go into edit mode for the railing and SEO the elements you want.

You may need to use subtract upwards/downwards seeing as your post has a void in the middle.
