Exporting- AC10 to Artlantis R

When trying to "save as" an Artlantis R file from AC 10 I get the following:- 'Warning! Cannot write output file'.
Is my AC model too big? Can anyone suggest a way forward?

Stupid question:

Did you install the plugin?

Check whether you have a wall with the height of zero; I had one once, and could not export.

Welcome, Tony.

For you as a newcomer, and even for many old-timers, I should just mention again that there is a "Search" link at the top of your forum window. 99% of the time, questions asked (and even poll 'wishes') have been addressed before, and by using Search, you will immediately get your answer.

Below is a screenshot of how to do a search for your question that yields posts showing what to do.

Cheers,
Karl

The plug-in is installed and works fine. By a process of elimination, I eventually traced the problem to a library part ( Rectangular Table 10) - when deleted and substituted for another library part, the export worked fine

Thank you, Karl and Djordie, for your advice.

Very strange. Why should a rectangular table cause problems? Seems like it should be a stone simple part.

Karl et al,

Just so that you know - Tony might be new on this Talk, but he is a VERY old hand at Archicad ...

Apologies...I meant to say "as a newcomer to ac-talk", based on his post count and apparently not having done a 'search' of the forums...

Glad to have you here, Tony.
