...none of which are in the plan. Anyone know where this mysterious window information might be coming from?

Open your schedule and click in any cell of the rogue windows. You will see that it activates the "Select on Floor Plan" button to the right of the "Header Options" button. Click it and you should wind up back in plan view with the object hilighted.

There is also a "Show in 3D button" in the generated Interactive Schedule.
If you do not see it on the Floor Plan to start with, the "Select on Floor Plan" button might not help. But the "Select in 3D should, just make sure all your Layers are visible.

Thanks for all the advice... as it turns out I forgot to put an extra filter on what would appear in my schedule and windows from the Demo plan were making their way in. Duh!
