I don't think that any chair specifically addresses gonad comfort, but i love my Aeron chair mainly because its support faces are made of cool net fabric.
And you can see from my Archicad TALK postings that i keep long hours at the display screen.

They DO come in different sizes, altho i played it safe and got the "Wideass®" model in anticipation of increased girth.
Someone your size could live with the middle sized one.
