Graphisoft I.F.C. Support - personal thanks to "TIM"

hello folks.
we are all too quick to want to tell corporations how "bad" their technical support staff is..........well, this is definately NOT the case.

I had the pleasure of being helped on an I.F.C. issue by Graphisoft's technical support starff. Fellow by the name of "Tim" at Graphisoft helped us out with our IFC issues in translation from REvit Architecture to Archicad.

I want to personally say........"Thanks Tim and thanks Graphisoft for having such a great line of communication with your users".
