Help in exporting to DWG

I have a question on exporting AC layout to dwg files.
I have set up a translator to export the layout to Paper Space With Cropped Drawing Content on DWG. I also use a template file.
The problem is that when i open the DWG on Autocad, i have the viewports on the Paper Space that are not "locked" i.e. if you accidentaly scroll the mouse wheel you lose the correct zooming.
See the attaced image.
How can i get to have the viewports locked???

I suppose you can not lock the views via Archicad ...
I write to ask you about your experience.
I see that you have multiple drawing in your layout. Do you use different pen sets for these drawings or is it the same for all the drawings? As long as I'm facing annoying problems in translation to dwg of layou with drawings using different pen sets... What about you?
Did you get good results in exporting to dwg from archicad?
Can you share your translator?
Thanks.

Although I didn't see this happening with my AutoCAD 2006 for the drawings I export from ArchiCAD, I guess in AutoCAD 2009 you can select the viewport and click on the Lock/Unlock Viewport button.

Also this lisp can help

(Defun c:VL () (COMMAND ".MVIEW" "L" "ON" "ALL" "") (PRINC))

Hope this helps.
