Keep calm ... What are the rendering settings are you using? A good rendering at 5000x3000 might take even a couple of hours depending on the scene complexity but actually 70 hours seems too much. Try using the preset “low quality” and check the time...

Just making a research on App Store I found “Custom Keypad” , ma never tried. Once I tried and tested for a couple of days “voice macro” which is a software who allows you to send voice commands (shortcut and macros) to any software.
