Is it possible to have pictures as property and schedule it?

I do not think this is possible.
There is no such Data Type for Properties.
Also, it is not possible to assign an image to a Property that could be scheduled along or instead of the Property.

May not be what you want but you can save a picture as an object. Then you can add properties to it.
