I get the same repeated Windows & Doors on the Legends

I've been going nuts trying to avoid getting the same doors and wdw's on my legends...

What I'm trying to say here is that I would like to omit the doors or window's that share the same name and only get their quantity ..on other words have one of each one display on their respective legends....

Could Someone Help me!!!

I believe there's a simple answer to my confusing explanation.

Maybe you need this option:

Show uniform items as a single entry checkbox should be checked.
