Importing AutoCAD standards to make ArchiCAD Standards

What has been your experience for importing AutoCAD CADD/BIM standards to make for newly to be established ArchiCAD Standards ?

Anything, file layouts, referenced drawings, layer sets, pen maps, color maps ?

Text too, fonts and the like, such as general notes and and typical scheduled materials.

Does version of AutoCAD matter ?

Import ArchiCAD version to be AC 18...
Thanks !

I usually have recreated them, but the easiest way to get lines, fills etc into AC is to open an Autocad file that has all the information in Archicad. This should bring all the settings.
If you use Attribute Manager to erase everything from the AC file you should be able to get an AC file with only those options but this option might create a lot of headaches.
