Objects in elevations/sections not showing up in interactive schedules

I have the same question as this user: https://community.Graphisoft.com/t5/Collaborate-forum/Can-an-object-placed-in-elev-show-in-IS/m-p/19...

But the post was from 2006, and I am wondering if it's still true for A24?

I have a 2D object being placed in a section/elevation view, but it is not showing up in the interactive schedule made for it. If I place it on the floor plan it does show up. How can I get it to show up in the interactive schedule if possible?

Thanks

Only elements in the 3D model or floor plan will show in a schedule.

Nothing you place in the sections, elevations or details will be included.

All I can suggest is you add a copy of those objects to the floor plan in an area or layer that can't be seen.

It just means you will have to manually manage the duplicates.

This was the workaround I had figured out. Thanks
