Online IFC Viewer that support Layers: Any suggestions?

Im just working on a personal project and would like to work with a fairly non bim engineer.

This means dipping toes for him and I thought a simple way would be for him to view the IFC structural that I give him in an online viewer. The most important thing is being able to turn layers on and off

I did try BIMx which would be perfect but you have to save a different model for each view rather that switching layers which is just not pratical

So

A simple working online viewer that has layers will be more than adequate

BIMdata.io webviewer has control over Layer visibility

Catenda Hub as well (a little less intuitive - "hide" in the layer tree, no check-boxes).

Trimble Connect - you can share a link and he can access it through any browser - no installation needed. For just one project (first one) it is free.
