PLUMBING FIXTURE SCHEDULE and ACCESSORIES SCHEDULE?

here's what i've been tasked to figure out.
We need a plumbing fixture schedule.
Any good writeups on where I can get this information?
I know that AC15 has a generic plumbing fixture schedule built-in but anywhere I can search where I can find how best to accomplish the parameters I need to include?
Please advise.
here's a dumb-2d linework mock up of what I'm in need of.

thanks.

You can do this easily with the interactive scheduler. It will allow you to schedule any parameters defined in the library part.

I believe all the parts in the standard library include parameters specifically for listing/scheduling. These are generally just blanks to use as you please so you just have to decide the order you wish to enter them. This of course assumes that the model and symbol are good enough to represent the intended fixture.

If you feel a bit more adventurous you can probably get pretty accurate 3DS models of the actual fixtures, convert them to library parts and then add the parameters you need. In this case you can default them to the typical values and lock those that don't change. None of this involves any scripting. But the plan symbols will probably need some 2D editing.

A slight additional effort in the parameters script can give the user a popup list of values appropriate to each parameter.

Matthew,
where do I go to find out how to use the "interactive scheduler"???
humm.....I'd like to pick your brain a bit if possible on this.

It seems do-able and without that much of a hassle.

is there a difference between the "interactive schedule" I keep seeing mentioned vs. the schedules that I see in the stock OOB AC15 already/

The term "Interactive Scheduler" is from an earlier version and we old timers still tend to call it that. (The attached image shows what we are talking about.) This is to distinguish it from the List Schemes which are complex and difficult to set up.

Matthew,
Noticed on your screen shot you had an "Object Inventory" ?? didn't find that in my AC list.

is this something you customized/created?

I don't know where it's from. I haven't used schedules on this project.

Using the Interactive Scheduler is about filtering information. What is it that you are wanting to show in this schedule?
