Please help with ECO design

when start ECODesigner, the Start Evaluation button can not use so what are problems with my system?

Read the manual which mentions this exact situation.

That button only becomes enabled after you have assigned material properties to the walls and openings, etc.

Karl,
I have the same problem. I tried to assign the properties to the structure, however in the BTU column there is an error sign and does not accept any changes.
