BRINGING MY SKETCH UP MODEL INTO AC12

I AM TRYING TO BRING IN MY THE SKETCH UP MODEL INTO ARCHICAD 12 I DOWNLOAD THE PLUGIN FOR 11 BECAUSE THE PLUG IN FOR 12 DID NOT COME OUT AS YET. WHAT STEP DO I NEED TO PERFORM TO GET THE MODEL INTO AC12?

Scheme Settings Parameters

Does anyone know how to add additional parameters to the available parameters in the scheme settings of shcedules. (See attached) I've tried "Open object by subtype" but can't seem to find where these parameters a taken from.
