archicad gbxml exchange to IES software using Encina Export

I have recently acquired the encina add on tool to assist in the export of gbxml data into IES thermal modelling software but cannot export even the simplest of models without IES identifying many anomolies eg walls missing infinity ceiling etc. The 3d model is fine although getting the zone trim tool to operate in roof intersections has proved interesting. getting very frustrated.
Any one else had problems or have any tips?
