Problems with maxonform

Does anyone have problems with maxonform hanging immediately after starting?

Also due to this, i tried reinstalling the program and now the link between archicad and maxonform doesnt work.

Please try the following:
Can you start the MaxonForm.exe without Archicad (double click on the file)?

Do you have the MaxonForm menu items in Archicad's the Design/Special Design menu?

Try to use the use the MaxonForm preferences command from this menu and then initiate the connection again (You will be prompted to locate the MaxonForm.exe)

Have you changed the Archicad Temporary folder location?

Do you use asian characters?

hi everybody..¡¡¡ i need your help guys, look i'm an archicad user from mexico... i just start working with maxform and i think i´ts incredible the way you can make new shapes...well well well..
the point is... i install te program then the actualization for ac10..and it works perfectly at this point... but then.... while i start using archicad and i want to use maxonform as the tutorials said, maxonform opens but nothing is in the navigator screen... and then suddenly...restart my pc...... do you guys know if there is anything i can do to fix this?
