Property Manager_create new properties

[list=]I would like to create a new property group listing the name of occupants and the rooms they occupy.
[list=]I have created the group named coordination --> inside this I will have the new property called occupants.

HOW DO I ASSIGN A PERSON TO A ROOM? Please....

Basically need to add semi colon NOT commars between textes.

However, is it normal i must choose TRUE or FALSE ??

Idea is the IF rule should set this rule right ? Not for me to choose if true or false.

So what property available for the zone do i use, in order to assign a person to that zone ?
I have alist of 4 rooms and 4 persons. One person needs to be assigned to each.
