I’m trying to use the defined property mapping rules in “Map IFC Properties for Export” (Figure 1), to link the all properties in native to each IFC entities. Most of entities were successful mapped, e.g. IfcWall, Column, Slab, Door (Figure 2).
However, both IfcCurtianWall and IfcStair were fail to map, no properties information were displayed in the IFC Manager (Figure 3). Even no chain symbol shown for these entities, seems properties mapping rules fail to apply. Nevertheless, the “chid” under IfcCurtainWall like IfcBuildingElementProxy or IfcMember were successfully mapped (Figure 4). Is it elements with hierarchy e.g. curtain wall and stair, only the “chid” would applied the property mapping rules, but the “parent” can’t? Is there any solution to map these all?
Note: Why these “parent” entities unable to select and show in 3D View by button in IFC Manager (Figure 5), but there was IFC entities assigned to them?

Figure 2: IfcColumn sucessful mapped
Figure 3: No properties mapped for IfcCurtainWall

Figure 5: IfcCurtainWall unable to show in model
Operating system used: Windows 10

Which Archicad version are you using?
It is working fine for me in Archicad 28 for both the Curtain Wall and all its sub-elements:

Thank you for your reply. I'm using ArchiCAD 27.
More background information is that, the model (.pla) is download from online and the classification system is Archicad classification - 20. However, we would like to use Archicad classification - V2.0 to export as IFC 4. Then, we just convert the model to IFC by "translator for general exporter" with pre-defined setting and save back to (.pln) format. The classification system of the model just automatically mapped to Archicad classification - V2.0.
I don't know whether it's the reason why the curtain wall unable to linked. something loss during the classification system migration?
